When working with a smaller budget, the stroller is an excellent place to be thrifty.
If you’re buying new, the Joovy Qool is my favorite budget-friendly stroller out there. It handles beautifully on most terrain, is newborn compatible with a bassinet sold separately, and converts to a double stroller should you decide to have a second little one within the next three or so years. The only downsides are its weight and size.
